Prateek Lal

Prateek Lal is an experienced legal executive currently serving as General Counsel at Interlune since May 2024. Previously, from January 2022 to May 2024, Prateek held the position of General Counsel at Infleqtion, where key achievements included overseeing a $110M Series B fundraise and managing the legal aspects of three major acquisitions. Before Infleqtion, Prateek was Deputy General Counsel and Interim General Counsel at Momentus, playing a pivotal role in a $240M+ SPAC merger. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Luminar Technologies, where support was provided to C-Suite executives and participation in a NASDAQ IPO, and as Associate Legal Counsel at Lockheed Martin, negotiating contracts and managing compliance. Prateek holds a Doctor of Law degree from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
