Rachael Sargent

Rachael Sargent is a General Manager - VIC at Intermain, bringing extensive experience in construction across the United States, Ireland, and Australia. Since starting in the industry in 2000, Rachael has held various roles, including engineering, superintendent, and management, overseeing all stages of project delivery. Rachael’s expertise includes budget management, procurement, and contract management, along with a commitment to developing high-performing teams. Rachael was also a Board Member and Mentoring Program Sub Committee Member for the Irish Australian Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as a mentor in the Property Council of Australia's 2024 Mentoring Program. Rachael holds dual B.S. degrees in Civil Engineering and Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management from Clarkson University.
