Neal Babla

Neal Babla has been working in the GIS field since 2008. In 2008, they began working as a Project Assistant for Alberta Health Services. In 2012, they joined Integrated Geomatics as a GIS Analyst, where they were responsible for setting up and running virtual planning sessions with clients, data collection and development, geospatial analysis, and geoprocessing tasks. In 2016, they became an Independent Consultant/Contractor for Scott Land & Lease Ltd., where they were responsible for collecting, managing, and verifying data, as well as mapping of data to show necessary locations. In 2017, they joined Intermap Technologies as a GIS Analyst and Independent Consultant/Contractor.

Neal Babla attended Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Neal then went on to complete a Business Administration degree in Financial Planning and Services from SAIT in 2011 to 2013.
