Phil Frappier

Phil Frappier is an experienced professional with a diverse background in executive leadership and strategic partnership development. Currently serving as Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Intermap Technologies, Inc. since March 2017, Phil oversees compensation policies and practices for management and the Board of Directors. Previous roles include Account Executive at IMP Solutions and Vice President positions at Wireless DNA Inc. and IQ PARTNERS Inc., a leading executive search firm in Canada. Phil has a strong track record in building strategic partnerships and defining client needs, supported by a foundation in the executive search and recruitment industry from Searchlight Recruitment International. Phil holds a BA in English and Drama from Bishop's University and completed the Producers Program at the Canadian Film Centre.
