Adam Rothe

Adam Rothe is currently the Regional Director for the Northern region at Intermarché, where they oversee a team and collaborate with franchisees to implement sales strategies across 46 stores. Previously, Adam held positions including Regional Manager at EKO Holding S.A. and RUCH S.A., where they were responsible for sales operations and team development. Adam also served as an Operational Director at EKO Holding S.A. / Eurocash, managing numerous regions and achieving significant sales improvements. Adam earned a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Managerial Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS.
