Fanny Gora

Fanny Gora holds a Master 2 in Microbiologie Appliquée à l'Agro-alimentaire et à l'Agro-environnement from the Université de Bourgogne. They worked for Reine de Dijon as a laboratory quality technician, focusing on physico-chemical and sensory controls of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. Following this, Fanny served as a quality technician at Eurofins, conducting various audits and hygiene training. Currently, they are an assistant quality manager at Refresco, where Fanny manages non-conformities, updates HACCP and VACCP studies, and conducts quality training for personnel.
