Steven DESCHAMPS

Steven DESCHAMPS has a diverse background in retail management, beginning with a role as a Backpacker at Working Holiday Starter from September 2017 to May 2018, which fostered open-mindedness and flexibility. From October 2018 to January 2022, Steven held multiple positions at Intermarché, culminating in the title of Directeur, and included responsibilities such as developing Non-Food activities and coordinating team efforts to achieve business objectives. Additionally, Steven completed an Alternance during a BTS MUC program, focusing on commercial animation and operational responsibilities. Educational achievements include a Baccalauréat in STMG from Lycée Notre Dame du Roc from 2012 to 2015 and a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur in Management des Unités Commerciales through Alternance Vendée from 2015 to 2017.
