Intermaris biedt mensen met een laag inkomen betaalbare woningen in  Hoorn en Purmerend. Met een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Dat is onze taak. Nu en in de toekomst.

Intermaris gelooft in de vitaliteit van de stad en ziet hier een taak weggelegd voor corporaties. Zij richt zich op de omgeving waar zij woningen heeft, het gebied in en rondom de steden Hoorn en Purmerend. Beide steden staan voor een vergelijkbare volkshuisvestelijke opgave: (binnen)stedelijke vernieuwing en herstructurering. Tegelijkertijd houdt Intermaris oog voor kansen die zich voordoen. Zij houdt daarbij rekening met toekomstige ontwikkelingen.
