Nicolas Curiale

Nicolas Curiale, CRHA, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Intermat since November 2022, following a successful tenure in the same role at Novexco from June 2013 to November 2022. Prior experience includes positions such as Human Resources Consultant at Bain Magique and Human Resources Generalist at Staples, along with earlier responsibilities as a Human Resources Agent at Essilor. Nicolas began a career in customer service at Inter.net Canada before obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from UQAM in 2002. With extensive experience in human resources management, Nicolas has successfully handled various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with salary equity standards.
