Luisa Köhler

Luisa Kaczmarek is a dynamic professional with experience in business development, research, and marketing. At Weflow, Luisa led a CRM migration to Hubspot and managed cross-platform integrations, while also producing marketing content for newsletters and LinkedIn. Previous roles include conducting research for Alastria at the IE Legal Clinic and assisting the UNDP Office Guinea Bissau at the IE University Policy Lab. Luisa's business development experience spans positions at Spendesk, where top performance was achieved as one of the youngest employees, and BACKBONE, where a complete sales cycle was managed. Currently pursuing a dual bachelor's degree in Data and Business Analytics & Politics, Philosophy, Law and Economics at IE University, Luisa also plans to study abroad at RMIT University Vietnam.
