Max Brink

Max Brink has extensive work experience in finance and mergers and acquisitions. Max is currently the Director of Finance & M&A at Intermate Group. Prior to their current role, they took a sabbatical for the majority of 2022. Before that, Max held various positions at Lincoln International, including Vice President, Senior Associate, Associate, Associate (Secondment), Analyst, and Intern. Max also gained experience as an Intern/Junior Analyst in M&A at European Energy A/S and worked as a Student Assistant at Deloitte. Max's early career involved roles as a Project Manager at IB Union - Integration Union and as a Volunteer at IB Union - Academic Union.

Max Brink completed their high school education at Duborg Skolen, the High School of Danish Minority in Germany, from 2004 to 2011, with a focus on Natural Sciences. Max then attended Copenhagen Business School from 2011 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business. In 2013, they participated in the Summer School program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), studying Advanced Corporate Finance and Business Analysis and Valuation. During the same year, they also completed an exchange program at Sauder Business School, University of British Columbia.
