Kim Withrow

Kim Withrow, MCITP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales engineering and technical support, currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales Engineering at Intermedia since September 2010. With a strong background in SaaS technology, Kim has successfully built and managed a scalable team of Sales Engineers, driving enterprise solutions and customer relationship management. Previous roles include Manager of the Cloud Concierge Team, overseeing SaaS deployment for large clients, and various technical support positions at Teneros, Everyone.net, Adomo, Inc., YMCA of Santa Clara Valley, and Callidus Software. Kim holds a BA in Women's Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has additional education from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
