Kristopher Conrad

Kristopher Conrad currently serves as the Senior Manager of Global IT Desktop Support at Intermedia Cloud Communications since January 2024. Previously, Kristopher held the position of Manager of IT Services at Iridium from November 2018 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing the IT Service Desk team, overseeing procurement and inventory management, and implementing ITSM methods. Kristopher began a career in technical support with GoDaddy and also served as Website and Business Development Manager for the World Economic Development Alliance. Kristopher holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology and Game Design from Collins College.
