Larry Brown

Larry Brown is an experienced professional in product management and systems engineering, currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Contact Center as a Service at Intermedia since August 2019. Prior to this role, Larry worked as a Product Manager at Telax Hosted Call Center from March 2015 to July 2019, and held several positions at TELUS from May 1996 to January 2015, including Sr Product Manager and Manager of Solutions Delivery for Contact Centres. Larry's career began at Modular Telephone Interface (MTI) as a Systems Engineering Support Specialist from January 1993 to May 1996. Larry holds a telecom degree from Fleming College and attended Durham College from 1989 to 1991.
