Mike Fraley

Mike Fraley has extensive experience in the telecommunications field, holding various positions since January 2012 at Intermedia Cloud Communications, including Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, and Technical Services Manager. Prior to this, Mike worked at AccessLine Communications from February 2003 to April 2012, where responsibilities included Solutions Analyst, Level 2 Support Lead, Level 2 Support, and Customer Service Representative. Mike's role as a Solutions Analyst involved analyzing support tickets and providing policy recommendations, while the Level 2 Support Lead role encompassed managing daily operations of the support team. Mike earned a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Washington between 1994 and 1998.
