Sérgio Faria is an accomplished software engineer and technical advisor with extensive experience in full-stack and Android development. From December 2012 to December 2016, Sérgio worked at Instituto de Telecomunicações, contributing to the DigiScope research project and later serving as a software engineer for the Vital Responder project. After a stint at IS4H as a software engineer, where Sérgio was part of a team developing the Medsounds platform, Sérgio took on roles at Talkdesk as a technical advisor and software engineer from August 2023 to January 2025. Currently, Sérgio holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Intermedia Cloud Communications and has a strong academic background with an MSc in Network and Information Systems Engineering and a BSc in Computer Engineering Sciences from the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto.
