Steven Dinkins has extensive experience in customer success and sales management, with a career spanning over three decades in the telecommunications and cloud communications industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Intermedia Cloud Communications since July 2018, Steven has focused on building high customer satisfaction and representing the voice of the customer. Previous roles include Field Sales Manager at CenturyLink, where Steven was responsible for developing a successful sales organization, and Sales Integration Manager at CenturyLink Technology Solutions, dedicated to training and mentoring sales professionals. Earlier positions include Trainer and Business Sales Consultant at QWEST Communications Corp and various roles at U S WEST, where Steven gained foundational experience in sales support and customer service.
