Will Jones has extensive experience in the telecommunications and contact center industry, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Channel Sales for CCaaS at Intermedia Cloud Communications since June 2020. In this role, Will Jones supports national partners with CCaaS solutions, providing sales training and product support for major partnerships. Previously, Will Jones was the Director of Contact Center Sales at Fusion Connect, where responsibilities included establishing contact center solutions within the product portfolio and managing both direct and partner sales. Prior to that, Will Jones held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales at Technology For Business, leading sales, marketing, and delivery strategies for contact center technologies to major organizations. Will Jones began a career in sales and operations at Optus Inc as an Account Executive and Operations Manager, focusing on PBX and key system sales.
