Peter Lockhead

Peter Lockhead is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Co-Head of Direct Lending at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) since June 2017. Prior to this role, Peter worked as a Portfolio Manager at Avenue Capital Group from September 2012 to May 2017. Peter's extensive background also includes a position as Managing Director and Head of Sponsor Leveraged Finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from August 2005 to August 2012, and a Director role at Barclays Capital from March 2000 to May 2005. Early in the career, Peter served as a Manager at NatWest Acquisition Finance from November 1995 to March 2000. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
