Simon Perez

Simon Perez is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in private equity, currently employed at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) since June 2014, focusing on a €8bn pan-European fund and investments in France. In addition to this role, Simon serves as a board member for CMAI Groupe since June 2018, and previously held similar positions at ETANCO Group until March 2022, STACI from September 2015 to July 2017, and VIA LOCATION until January 2017, contributing to notable transactions such as sales to Simpson Manufacturing Co, Cobepa, and Davidson Kempner and Triton, respectively. Simon's early career includes an internship in M&A and leveraged finance at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG in 2013.
