Stephen Higgins has over 15 years of experience in the field of counseling, currently serving as a K-12 Licensed School Counselor at Intermediate District 287 since December 2007. In this role, Stephen specializes in supporting at-risk youth and pregnant and parenting teens, focusing on social and emotional learning, chemical awareness, and counseling for students from Kindergarten through Transition.
