Arnold Kadiu is a Co-Founder & CEO at Intermode. Arnold was previously with Ford Motor Company from June 2016 to May 2021 as a FordX Venture Lead. Some of their notable projects include program management for synthetic data derived computer vision inspection systems to reduce faults in the manufacturing process and COVID Mobile Healthcare emergency response - A lightweight and low cost vehicle modification allowing Ford Transits to assist in providing healthcare on the go. Arnold was also with Altair from February 2013 to January 2014 as an On Campus Software Specialist where they assisted others in using Hyperworks software suite, specializing in Hypermesh, Radioss, and Optistruct. Arnold also developed tutorials for composite optimization. Prior to that, they were with University of Michigan Solar Car Team from September 2011 to January 2016 as a Crew Chief where they were responsible for all on road vehicle actions, behaviors and road worthiness before driving. Among the responsibilities were to create and implement road and emergency procedures for the caravan surrounding the vehicle and to implement vehicle checklists to ensure reliability, safety and road worthiness. The vehicle was driven at a maximum speed of 130 kph, and 100 kph while experiencing 45 kph crosswinds.

Arnold Kadiu received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
