Marcos Passos

Marcos Passos has extensive experience in leadership roles within the oil and gas and engineering sectors in Brazil. Currently serving as Managing Director at InterMoor since May 2023, previous positions include General Manager at Oceaneering and Independent Advisor in consulting services. Notably, Marcos held an executive director role at Sistac - Sistemas De Acesso from 2004 to 2022, contributing to significant commercial growth and digital transformations in various capacities including Director of Commercial and Business Development, Operational, Commercial and PMO Director, and Technical Manager. Marcos also has experience in academia as an Assistant Professor at Universidade Federal Fluminense and holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor in Computer Science, an MBA in Business Management, and a Master of Science in Production Engineering.
