Human Resources Generalist at Intermountain Centers

Allison Constanza brings a diverse background in human resources and wellness practices, with experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher at Shakti in the Desert since June 2017, where Allison is also the founder. In addition to roles at Intermountain Centers as a Human Resources Generalist and greentoes North as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Allison has held various HR positions, including Human Resources Assistant at the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy and HR and Store Operations Assistant at Right Start. Allison’s early career involved work as a Juvenile Detention Officer and internships that provided essential HR exposure. Academically, Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, in English Language and Literature from East Tennessee State University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
