Noel Earls is a seasoned professional in revenue management and budgeting, currently serving as the Senior Director of Revenue Management & Budgeting at Intermountain Centers since September 2009. With extensive experience in financial analysis and supporting various operational aspects, Noel oversees multiple functions including compliance reporting and health care reimbursement strategies. Concurrently, since August 2003, Noel is the Managing General Partner at Tucson Diversified LLC, managing numerous partnerships in sectors such as real estate and technology. As the Managing Member of Irlanda Real Estate and Development since February 2002, Noel contributes to successful real estate project development through effective management. Previously, Noel held the role of Director of Underwriting at United Healthcare from February 1990 to September 2001, where strategic planning and large-scale reorganizations were key responsibilities. Noel earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arizona between 1980 and 1985.
