Alan Mackiewicz is the Director of Human Resources at Intermountain Electronics, where they develop and drive people-related strategies to support organizational growth. They have extensive experience in HR management, talent acquisition, and personnel development, having previously served as an HR Manager and Talent Acquisition, Retention, and Development lead at Intermountain Electronics.
