Melissa Hammond is an experienced operations manager and family resources coordinator with a strong background in early childhood education and program management. Currently serving as Operations Manager for a residential program at Intermountain since March 2021, Melissa has also held various leadership positions at Encompass NW since 2010, focusing on family services, early intervention, and community outreach. Previous roles include Barista-Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and Child Development Associate Instructor at Renton Technical College. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies, with a concentration in Early Childhood Education from Central Washington University.
