Internal Fire Pilates – Authentic Pilates in San Rafael
Step into our light and bright San Rafael studio and experience the power of Authentic Pilates. At Internal Fire Pilates, every class is a full-body workout designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and move with confidence—all in a welcoming boutique setting.
Our lessons and small group classes (max of 5) utilize the full circular system of the original method created by Joseph Pilates, layering movement skills on top-of-the-line Gratz Classical Pilates equipment—the gold standard used in studios around the world.
Don’t worry if you’re new—our expert instructors guide you every step of the way so you feel supported while still getting an incredible workout.
Expect a class that’s focused, fun, and surprisingly powerful. You’ll strengthen your core, lengthen tight muscles, and improve balance and coordination—often discovering muscles you didn’t know you had. The best part? You’ll leave feeling taller, refreshed, and a little bit unstoppable.
Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, Internal Fire Pilates is your home for thoughtful, personalized movement in the heart of San Rafael.
🔥 Come ignite your strength from the inside out.
