IAS is present in the world to save lives, create opportunities for self-help, and provide dignity to people through transformation that goes beyond emergency aid and development.

We operate in vulnerable areas of the world, especially in Central Africa and the Horn of Africa, building a platform for assistance, development, and enhanced human rights in places where we are pioneers.

We work based on a biblical view of humanity, where every person is created in the image of God, with a spirit, soul, and body. This is also reflected in our work, and we operate on multiple "channels." This includes emergency aid, development work, assistance for self-help, and support for the persecuted, bringing new hope to the oppressed. As our areas of work express themselves differently depending on which channel we are operating in, you will notice that we communicate differently, whether it is emergency aid and development projects (IAS Transform), loyalty programs, donations, fundraising, and school collaborations (IAS Engage), or integrated mission, including support for persecuted Christians (IAS Serve).
