Headquartered in Berlin and Munich with additional offices in Vienna and Amsterdam the lnternational Campus Group (ICG) provides real estate management from a-z: including acquisition, development, marketing and operation and property management. We are operating in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic with currently 5.000+ apartments hosting customers from all over the globe.

Our THE FIZZ offer is currently available in Aachen, Berlin, Bremen, Darmstadt, Frankfurt/Main, Freiburg, Hamburg, Hanover, Munich, Prague, Utrecht and Vienna.

HAVENS LIVING is currently in operation in Hamburg with 214 apartments and with planned new openings in Frankfurt (spring 24) as well as Berlin and again Hamburg within the next 2 years.

Overall about 2.500 units are currently in planning or under construction.
