The International Master Program in Biomedical Sciences is a joint program between the University of Freiburg and the Faculties of Medicine, and Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina.

The main objective is to offer a very high quality two year Master Program and create a Center of Excellence in the Biomedical Sciences in Latin America. The program consists of a two-year master course, carried out in Buenos Aires and Freiburg, with special lectures and courses by the leading scientists from both institutions. The first eight months are carried out in Buenos Aires. The next four months are done in Germany.
