Dan Devlin

Dan Devlin is a Senior Economist in the IMF Fiscal Affairs Department, specializing in tax policy with 25 years of experience advising governments on revenue issues. They have focused on cross-border taxation and natural resource taxation, publishing work on topics such as profit shifting and transfer pricing. Previously, Dan served as a Senior Economist in the OECD's Center for Tax Policy and Administration and worked with the Australian Treasury on corporate tax settings and revenue forecasting. Dan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with honors in Economics from Monash University and a Master's in Economic Policy from the Australian National University.
