Dan Devlin is a Senior Economist in the IMF Fiscal Affairs Department, specializing in tax policy with 25 years of experience advising governments on revenue issues. They have focused on cross-border taxation and natural resource taxation, publishing work on topics such as profit shifting and transfer pricing.
