For the past 10 years we have established ourselves as an international property marketing consultancy based in Malaysia specialising in the following markets:
• Australia
• Thailand
• UK
• Portugal
• Malaysia

We work with local property agencies in each of the countries to promote property developments and advise on cross border sales and purchase transactions.

Property Investment
As an investor, being far removed from the location of the property you want to invest in, can work against you. In general, most investors are only exposed to what is advertised in the newspaper.

As experts in the foreign property market, IPS has access to property investment that are not traditionally available to investors outside the country.

We understand that not all properties are suitable for the typical investor. Hence, investment decisions should not be based on marketing materials, but rather on the property’s potential returns and market justifications.

We believe that the investment has to be tailored to the needs and circumstances of the investor, structured and strategized to perform to expectations.

As a value-add service, we also provide annual property investment review for all our clients.

Property Development

For Investors seeking for short to medium term property ventures (12 to 24 months), IPS provide investor in Asia opportunities to participate in development of property in Australia. These investments are suitable for Business Migration Visas.

These investments involve:
• Purchasing and securing land for development of residential housing
• Purchasing blocks of apartment or units at bulk discounts
• Subdivision of large land parcels resale
