Found under IRG’s umbrella are two in-house developed concepts: Zeitouna Lebanese Bistro, authentic Lebanese cuisine served with a twist, and Scoops which offers low-fat frozen yoghurt, milk shakes and Italian gelato ice cream already available in Casper & Gambini’s. In 2008, IRG acquired wagamama, the award-winning UK noodle concept modeled after the ramen shops of Japan. IRG also offers world class catering services, boasting a flexible approach that allows clients to tailor menus to suit their occasion, offering Middle Eastern and International Cuisine.
