Welcome to the Association "International Scout Center Rustavi" (ISCR), a dynamic and inclusive organization dedicated to empowering young people through education, leadership, and community engagement. Established in 2013, ISCR is an independent, non-political, non-governmental movement committed to fostering the holistic development of children and youth from all backgrounds.

At ISCR, we believe in the power of non-formal education to unlock the full potential of every individual, regardless of origin, race, sex, or religion. Our activities, rooted in principles of self-governance and voluntary participation, aim to cultivate physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual growth. Through scouting and youth work initiatives, we equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and values they need to become responsible citizens and active contributors to their communities, both locally and globally.

In addition to our educational programs, ISCR operates the Scout House, a vibrant youth hostel that welcomes international groups and independent travelers seeking experiential learning opportunities. Our dedicated team of highly qualified youth workers and trainers, led by Executive Director Mr. David Metreveli, brings years of experience in international youth work and a passion for youth development.

From hosting Erasmus+ projects to coordinating long-term European Solidarity Corps initiatives, ISCR is at the forefront of promoting cross-cultural exchange and cooperation. We strive to create a supportive environment where young people can thrive, learn, and grow into confident, compassionate leaders of tomorrow.
