Tim Wheat is a Learning Technology Expert with over 15 years of experience in implementing and managing Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs) and Learning Management Systems (LMSs) within large organizations. Currently serving as the LXP Expert at International Motors, Tim oversees the Degreed platform, ensuring its seamless integration and functionality. Previously, Tim held various roles, such as Technical Implementation Manager at Fifth Third Bank, where they led a team focused on learning technology for a workforce of 20,000 employees. Tim has demonstrated a strong ability to optimize learning technologies and enhance user engagement, alongside a commitment to driving effective learning strategies across diverse sectors. Tim holds a B.S. in Marketing & Business Administration and an A.S. in Graphic Design.
