Thomas Hutton is an accomplished network architect and engineering expert with extensive experience in high-performance computing and networking. Serving as HPC Chief Network Architect at the San Diego Supercomputer Center since 1988, Thomas has overseen the design and implementation of advanced network infrastructure. Thomas holds significant roles including Co-Chair of the SCinet2022 Routing Team and various leadership positions within the Internet Society's Network and Distributed System Security Symposium (NDSS) since 2000. Additionally, Thomas contributed as a General Conference Chair for multiple NDSS events and served as Networking Chair for XSEDE 2014. With a background in managing biomedical informatics networks and ownership of Heavenly Amusement, Thomas holds a BS in Computer Engineering from UC San Diego.
