Lawrence Williams

Lawrence Williams is a veteran cybersecurity consultant and IT Security expert with extensive experience in the Department of Defense. Currently serving as the Program Director at Internet2 and Chief Information Security Officer at MARTA, Lawrence leads cybersecurity strategies and operations while collaborating with senior leadership to enhance cyber risk management. Their past roles include Operations Officer in the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command, where they managed substantial budgets and coordinated contract activities. Lawrence holds a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College and another Master's in Management Information Systems from Syracuse University.
