Sara Aly

Sara Aly is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the fields of marketing, public relations, and communications. Currently serving as the Senior Communications Manager at Internet2 since 2016, Sara contributes to advancing research through collaborative technology solutions. Previous roles include positions at SC Conference Series as a volunteer in various capacities, including chair and co-chair of the SCinet Communications Team, and as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Queen's University, where Sara developed strategies to enhance student enrollment and retention. Additional experience includes communications consulting for ANKABUT Internet Service Provider, marketing management at Khalifa University, and directing marketing efforts at George Mason University across diverse regions. Sara holds a Master of Arts in Cultural Studies from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Sociology from Simon Fraser University.
