Diane Laursen

Manager - Customer Success at Internetwork Engineering

Diane Laursen has over 20 years of work experience. Diane began their career in 1996 as an Operations Manager at SyCom Technologies. In 2004, they moved to The Whitlock Group in the same position. Three years later, they joined Packet360, Inc. as the Director of Operations and Principal Consultant Support Services. In 2009, they took on the role of Office Manager at Lower Cape Fear Historical Society, followed by an Associate Director position at Bellamy Mansion Museum in 2010. In 2012, Diane began working at World Wide Technology as a Senior Partner Specialist - Enterprise Agreements and a Cisco Service Manager - Commercial East Region. In 2018, they became the Manager - Customer Success at Internetwork Engineering.

Diane Laursen attended Radford University from 1988 to 1992, where they studied Mass Communications.
