Richard Carroll

Richard Carroll has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Richard began their career in 1998 as an Outsourced IT Engineer at Alphanumeric Systems. In 1999, they joined Computer Service Partners, Inc. as a Senior Project Engineer, Pre-Sales/Post-Sales, where they advanced from network engineer to senior project engineer within one year. In 2011, they joined Cisco as a Senior Engineer, IT Architect, and CCIE (Collaboration). During their tenure at Cisco, they took over ownership of the Research Triangle Park (RTP) Unified Communications (UC) IT Design Lab and held end-to-end oversight of all network and virtualization functions for the UC IT Design Lab. In 2021, they joined Internetwork Engineering as a Solution Engineer, specializing in Network, Data Center, and Collaboration.

Richard Carroll has a BFA in Communication Arts & Design from Virginia Commonwealth University.
