Rob Cartwright has over 10 years of work experience in the IT field. From 2008 to 2009, they were a Self-Employed IT Professional for FixITRob, performing basic on-site helpdesk tasks, consulting with clients about business management changes, and holding tutoring sessions. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Configuration Analyst for AON Hewitt Associates, communicating with teams across the globe, configuring and testing software applications, and building and testing reporting systems. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Consultant for Citrix Systems, designing and implementing virtual application and desktop environments, and establishing a consultant-client relationship. Lastly, from 2011 to present, they have been a Managing Consultant (Operations Manager) and Service Manager (Director of IT) for Internetwork Engineering, as well as a Project Manager/Technical Design Lead and Lead Citrix Consultant. As a Project Manager/Technical Design Lead, they were responsible for project management and technical design lead on a multi-year project involving server lifecycle management. As a Lead Citrix Consultant, they were responsible for leading design and implementation of Citrix solutions for various industry verticals.
Rob Cartwright obtained a BS in Information Technology from Florida State University between 2004 and 2008. Rob has also obtained various certifications from Microsoft and Citrix, including Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2016, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Certified Professional, Citrix Certified Professional - Networking, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Core Infrastructure, Citrix Certified Professional - Mobility, Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Server Infrastructure.
