Scott Matlock has worked in various roles in the sales and marketing industry since 1991. Scott began their career as a Sales Broker at Marcus & Millichap, where they successfully brokered in excess of $90 million dollars in commercial real estate transactions in Los Angeles and Orange County California. In 1997, they moved to Street Smart Technologies as the Director of Sales and Marketing, where they led sales growth from $30K per month in October 1997 to $30K per day in 2002. In 2002, they joined Secure Wireless, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales and increased revenue from Dollar 1 in October 2002 to $70M in 2009. In 2009, they took on the role of Director of Major Accounts at Nortek, where they maintained existing Major Accounts and developed additional enterprise level OEM relationships. In 2015, they became the Director of Sales at Bedroc, Inc., tasked with leading the transition to move from a traditional hardware focused VAR to a consultative lead methodology. Finally, in 2019 they became the Regional Sales Manager at Internetwork Engineering, where they have been bringing a different kind of partner to TN.

Scott Matlock received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science, Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Southern California.
