Sianna Vanous

Sianna Vanous has been working in the professional world since 2005. Sianna began their career at Fallons Flowers as a Delivery Manager & Sales Associate, where they supervised daily floral deliveries and teleflora orders, assisted the sales team with customer service complaints, and hired and managed seasonal help during high volume holidays. In 2008, Sianna interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), where they wrote effective emails to lawyers, charging parties, and respondents regarding current claims of discrimination and reviewed current cases against discrimination. Sianna then moved on to Cisco Systems as a Human Resource Connections Data Operations Representative. In 2010, they took a role as a Recruiting Coordinator at Cree, before becoming an Associate Talent Acquisition Analyst and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Allscripts. From 2013-2018, Sianna worked at rmsource, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Most recently, they have been an Operations Manager and Service Manager at Internetwork Engineering since 2020.
