Lee van Hooff

Lee van Hooff has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Starting in 2001, Lee worked as a Software Engineer at Linkuistics, supervising team members and designing and implementing enterprise systems. In 2004, Lee joined YourAmigo as a Senior Software Engineer. Lee then moved on to Internode in 2010, where they served as a Technical Lead, managing the technical delivery of web-based apps and services, conducting code reviews, and leading a Special Interest Group on Continuous Integration/Delivery. In 2013, Lee joined Portalink as the Engineering Manager/Tech Lead, overseeing team growth and implementing standardized development practices. Concurrently with their role at Portalink, Lee also worked at Restoplus as a Scrum Master, serving as a servant leader to the Scrum team, educating management about Agile principles, and training the Product Owner. Overall, Lee has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in software development throughout their career.

Lee van Hooff attended Swinburne University of Technology from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering. In 2012, they also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance.
