Samara M.

Samara M. serves as the Assistant Coach for Diablo Scorpion Lacrosse Club since October 2023 and holds multiple leadership roles at Dougherty Valley High School, including Associated Student Body Treasurer and Site Council Student Representative. Responsibilities as Treasurer involve overseeing a leadership program for approximately 140 students and managing finances in collaboration with the school's financial analyst. Samara also contributes as the Social Media Chair for Dougherty Valley PTSA and has experience as a Peer Tutor for Spanish I and II students. Additional roles include serving as Administrative Assistant at San Ramon Academy of Music and a Summer Intern with the City of San Ramon, where Samara developed a music camp for new musicians. Previous experience includes leadership positions in Lion's Heart - Teen Volunteers and Leaders and marketing roles with The Charity Kitchen and Project C.A.R.E. Samara is pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Diablo Valley College while attending Dougherty Valley High School.
