Not decision-making — Action. The ability to see the right move clearly — and execute it with the intention and precision it requires. That is what the executive, the athlete, the entrepreneur, the operator, the mom and dad who has to show up all need. That is what Intero builds.

Most people know what they should do - Intero builds the system that lets them actually do it.

Every HRV app on the market measures your morning resting state and gives you a daily score. That score tells you how you recovered from yesterday. It tells you nothing about what happens to your physiology during the board meeting, the negotiation, or the decision that determines outcomes.
Intero monitors Rate of Drop in real time — during the moments that matter — against the only baseline that means anything: yours. Not population averages. Not absolute values. Your personal performance ceiling, expressed as a percentage, in the conditions where performance quality is actually determined.

The platform is built on three metrics no competitor tracks: Rate of Drop, Time Under Threshold, and Rate of Rise. All three are calculated from individual baseline. All three are monitored in real time. All three map to a development arc that moves users from tool-dependent awareness to internalized self-knowledge — the point where the app becomes optional.

That is the promise no competitor will make, because it contradicts their retention model.
