Drew Watkins

Drew Watkins is a Next-Level Innovation Consultant at Erie Insurance Group, where Drew applies behavioral research, human-centered design, and service design practices to create transformational experiences for customers. Prior to their current role, Drew has held positions such as Product Lead at Quilted, Head of Product at Intercept, and Insights Analyst at Cast & Hue. With a background in strategic planning, customer experience, and facility management, Drew has demonstrated a versatile skill set throughout their career. Drew has also been actively involved in campus organizations and served as a Peer Mentor at Arizona State University.
