David Luong

David Luong began their career in 1996 as a Senior Software Engineer at Ericsson, where they designed and implemented SS7 protocol message handler and ISUP signalling software for AXE. David also served as Subsystem Manager, coordinating design activities, defining requirements, and conducting feasibility studies. In 2002, they moved to Nokia as a Senior Software Engineer, then became a Software Specialist and Principal Engineer. In 2011, they joined Interop Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer, developing the next generation of messaging services using GSMA RCS technologies and standards. David was a key contributor in the design and development of the platform to support new features such as RCS Business Messaging.

David Luong attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering.
