Renee Wynn

Renee Wynn is a strategic Independent Board Director and former Chief Information Officer (CIO) with over 30 years of governance experience, notably at NASA and the EPA. They concluded their executive career as the CIO of NASA, overseeing a $2B IT portfolio and establishing a significant cybersecurity program. Renee currently serves on multiple advisory boards, including Axonius Federal Systems and Dataminr, where they guide on growth strategies and risk management in cybersecurity and technology sectors. They are also active in non-profit governance, serving on the Board and Audit Committee at Virginia Tech Applied Research Corporation and The Women’s Center. Renee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University.
